Days of Dawn - character chart #2

Hi guys! I hope you remember the Caril character chart where I promised there'd be more. Well, there is, today! This time main female character, of course from the game "Days of Dawn". As usually, please to check out the game's official facebook page or its website.

Dawn is a 25-year-old mysterious girl who holds powers that even she can't fully control. Below you can see some of the pictures from her cretaion process. And later today I'm going to submit a video with the painting process! :3

Schoolism #2

My second assignment from the Schoolism course "Advanced Lighting" with Sam Nielson. :3 The task was very similar to the first one - paint abstract 2D objects into a 3D, but this time colored picture with set lightings (and their colors), bounced lights, over exposure effect & various textures.
Harder than previously, but even more fun! :D

Schoolism!

Yep! I'm the one lucky person who spent all her carefully saved money for the amazing Schoolism course called "Advanced Lighting" with Sam Nielson as a teacher! During the exciting three months of lessons and by scrupulously doing my homeworks, I'll learn the secrets of better lighting and - hopefully!! - will improve my skills.

So today I'm showing you my first assignment. The task was to paint an abstract 2D object (previously lined by Sam Nielson) into a 3D black & white picture with a set lighting and add some texture on it (I also did the face and the hat :D).

I hope I'll be able to show you all the homeworks eventually. :)
